 Tubular Rivets, Semi Tubular Rivetsare produced with a usage of copper and Silver alloy like silver Nickel (AgNi) with various Ni content. Nickel is a refractory material which is very malleable. Adding Ni to Ag improves the hardness of the silver allowing it to retain good mechanical properties after undergoing an electrical arc. The high conductivity of the material and its easy handing makes it ideal for intense applications provided that current is low, eg: relays, contactors, circuit breakers.

Material:. Ag,Cu, AgCd, AgCdO, AgNi, AgCu, AgZnO, AgSnO₂, AgSnO₂In₂O₃ and other common material.

AgSnO2 and AgSnO2In2O3 and bimetal rivet;

AgSnO₂, AgSnO₂In₂O₃ are the ideal enviroment-protecting materials for substituting AgCdO. Since SnO2 has better thermal stability and higher hardness than CdO,AnSnO2 and AgSnO2In2O3 is higher and it is more difficuit to these two materials.
